1. Purpose of these Website Terms
These Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are intended to explain, in a clear but legally effective way, the rules that govern access to and use of Aerovalue’s website and any pages, content, and digital features made available through it (the “Website”). When you browse the Website, read content, create an account (if offered), submit a message, or use any interactive feature, you are interacting with Aerovalue’s digital channel and you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Website.
These Terms are not the contract for Aerovalue’s airport services themselves. If you purchase or book services through the Website, the applicable Service Terms (to be published separately by Aerovalue) will govern the service relationship, including the scope of service, prices, cancellation rules, operational constraints, and any consumer‑law notices that must appear at checkout. The Website Terms remain important even then, because they govern the digital environment where information is displayed, accounts are accessed, and communications are exchanged.
2. How the Website is provided and what you should expect
The Website is designed as a corporate and operational channel: it may describe Aerovalue’s profile, provide information about the company’s service capabilities, and (where enabled) allow users to submit inquiries or initiate bookings. Aerovalue strives to keep information accurate and up to date, but aviation and airport operations are highly dynamic, and content may be updated without prior notice. For that reason, the Website should be read as an informational tool and a contracting interface, not as a guarantee that a service will be available at a specific time unless and until Aerovalue confirms your booking under the Service Terms.
Because Aerovalue relies on third‑party infrastructure (hosting, email services, payment providers, and other operational vendors) the availability and speed of the Website may depend on systems outside Aerovalue’s direct control. Aerovalue monitors and maintains the Website with reasonable care, but temporary interruptions, security checks, maintenance windows, or third‑party outages can occur.
3. Eligibility and user responsibility
You may use the Website only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. If you use the Website on behalf of a company or another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that your actions (including inquiries, bookings, and acceptances) can bind that entity. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit through the Website is accurate and current, especially where operational coordination depends on it (for example, flight details or contact information).
4. Accounts, authentication, and security
If the Website offers account creation, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed through your account. Aerovalue may implement security measures such as rate‑limiting, fraud screening, device verification, or temporary blocks where suspicious behavior is detected, because protecting the integrity of operational services is a legitimate and necessary aim in an airport environment. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should notify Aerovalue promptly at legal@aerovalue.eu and also take immediate steps to secure your email account and devices, since email compromise is a frequent source of unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
The Website may only be used for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended function. That means, among other things, that you must not attempt to interfere with the Website’s operation, probe its security, introduce malicious code, or use automated methods to extract content or data in a way that could harm the Website, its users, or Aerovalue’s systems. You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, submit false booking details, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, payment flows, or administrative areas. Aerovalue may restrict or terminate access when it reasonably believes misuse, fraud, or security risk exists, because prevention is materially safer than remediation in environments connected to travel operations and identity‑sensitive coordination.
6. Intellectual property and permitted use of content
All content and materials on the Website, including text, layout, branding, logos, graphics, and underlying code, are protected by intellectual property and related rights owned by Aerovalue or licensed to Aerovalue. You may view and use the Website for personal or internal business purposes connected to evaluating or requesting Aerovalue services, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Website content without Aerovalue’s prior written permission, except to the extent mandatory law permits such use.
If you believe that any content on the Website infringes your rights, you should send a detailed notice to legal@aerovalue.eu identifying the content, the nature of your right, and the basis for your claim. Aerovalue will review requests in good faith and may remove or correct content where appropriate.
7. Third‑party websites, tools, and embedded services
The Website may contain links to third‑party websites or may use third‑party services to deliver certain features (for example, payment gateways, mapping tools, or communication services). Aerovalue does not control third‑party websites and does not accept responsibility for their content, availability, or practices. If you leave Aerovalue’s Website by following a link, or if you use a third‑party service component, your interaction with that third party will be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. This matters particularly for payments: depending on the selected method, you may be redirected to a bank or payment service provider environment, and that provider’s terms will apply to that portion of the transaction.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Aerovalue makes reasonable efforts to keep it secure, accurate, and functional, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error‑free operation, or compatibility with every device or configuration. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aerovalue disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement with respect to the Website.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aerovalue will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to Website use, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by mandatory law, including rules that protect consumers or that prohibit limitation for certain categories of harm.
9. Communications, notices, and complaints
Aerovalue provides multiple email channels to ensure communications are routed correctly. Operational or general inquiries should be sent to info@aerovalue.eu, booking and commercial requests to booking@aerovalue.eu, vendor and invoice matters to vendor@aerovalue.eu, and any legal notices, formal complaints, rights requests, or policy‑related communications to legal@aerovalue.eu. To reduce delays, you should include your full name, the relevant context (such as a booking reference if applicable), and any supporting documents. Aerovalue may need to verify identity before processing requests that involve personal data or contractual rights, because verification is an essential safeguard against fraud.
10. Privacy and cookies
Your use of the Website is also governed by Aerovalue’s Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which explain how personal data is handled when you contact Aerovalue or contract services, and how the Website uses cookies (including the fact that Aerovalue does not use cookies for behavioral tracking).
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute related to the Website that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory consumer‑protection rules grant you the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction that cannot be contractually waived.
12. Updates to these Terms
Aerovalue may update these Terms to reflect operational changes, security improvements, or legal developments. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use of the Website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2) Privacy Policy
Last updated: December 18, 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how Aerovalue S.L. (“Aerovalue,” “we,” “us”) processes personal data when you visit our Website, contact us, create an account (if offered), initiate or complete a booking, make a payment, or otherwise interact with Aerovalue through digital channels. We drafted this policy to be both practical and transparent: it describes what data we handle, why we handle it, how long we keep it, who it may be shared with, and what choices and rights you have under applicable data‑protection laws.
1. Data Controller and contact
Aerovalue S.L. is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, meaning Aerovalue determines why and how your data is processed for the purposes explained below. You may contact Aerovalue regarding privacy matters at legal@aerovalue.eu, or use info@aerovalue.eu for general inquiries that do not involve rights requests. Aerovalue’s registered office is Calle Bermúdez Cañete, 4, 28016 Madrid, Spain.
2. What personal data we collect (and why the categories matter)
Because Aerovalue provides real‑world services that require coordination, identity matching, and operational communication, the personal data we collect is primarily the data needed to (i) respond to your inquiry, (ii) manage a booking request, (iii) deliver the service safely and effectively, and (iv) meet accounting, tax, and security obligations. Depending on your interaction, this may include identification and contact information such as your name, email address, telephone number, and billing details; booking‑related information such as flight number, travel date, time windows, passenger count, and service preferences; account credentials if you create an account (passwords are stored using cryptographic hashing and are not visible in plain text); and communication content where you contact us by email or form and we respond to you.
Payments are processed through Aerovalue’s arrangements with banks and/or payment service providers. As a general principle, Aerovalue does not seek to store full card numbers or card verification codes. Instead, Aerovalue typically receives payment‑status information and transaction references that allow us to confirm whether a payment was authorized, completed, refunded, or reversed, and to reconcile billing and accounting records.
Even when a website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, basic technical data is often generated as part of normal internet communications. For security and reliability, Aerovalue and/or its hosting providers may process limited technical log data, such as IP address, timestamps, device/browser identifiers, and requested pages, because these elements are necessary to prevent abuse, troubleshoot incidents, and defend against attacks. This technical data is not used by Aerovalue to build advertising profiles or to track your behavior across websites.
3. Sensitive information and “special category” data
Aerovalue does not ask for medical diagnoses or detailed health histories. However, some passengers may voluntarily share information about accessibility needs or assistance requirements to ensure the service is delivered properly. If you choose to provide such information, Aerovalue treats it with heightened confidentiality and uses it only for the limited purpose of arranging and delivering the requested assistance. You should provide only what is strictly necessary and avoid including unrelated sensitive details in free‑text fields or emails.
4. Purposes of processing and legal bases
Aerovalue processes personal data for a limited set of defined purposes. First, we process data to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and to perform a contract once formed, which includes responding to booking inquiries, confirming and managing bookings, coordinating service delivery, and providing customer support. Second, we process data to comply with legal obligations, such as accounting, invoicing, tax recordkeeping, and responding to lawful requests from authorities. Third, we process certain data based on Aerovalue’s legitimate interests, which include maintaining the security of our systems, preventing fraud, ensuring service integrity, and defending or pursuing legal claims when disputes arise. Where a specific activity requires consent under applicable law, Aerovalue will request it in a clear and specific way and will respect your right to withdraw consent without affecting processing that already occurred lawfully before withdrawal.
5. Who we share data with (processors and operational recipients)
Aerovalue may share personal data with trusted service providers that support our operations, acting as “processors” under data‑protection law. This typically includes hosting and cloud infrastructure providers (because Aerovalue does not operate its own servers), email and collaboration providers, cybersecurity vendors, payment service providers and banks, and software tools used for customer communications and internal administration. Aerovalue also may share limited booking data when necessary for operational coordination and lawful performance of the service, always aiming to share the minimum necessary information and to do so through secure channels. Professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants may receive data under confidentiality duties when required for compliance or dispute resolution.
Aerovalue does not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for third‑party advertising purposes, and we do not use tracking cookies to build advertising profiles.
6. International transfers
Because Aerovalue serves international clients and relies on third‑party technology providers, personal data may be processed in jurisdictions outside the European Economic Area depending on vendor locations and support arrangements. Where international transfers occur, Aerovalue will apply appropriate safeguards required by law, such as contractual protections and, where applicable, supplementary measures designed to keep your data protected to an EU‑equivalent standard.
7. Data retention (how long we keep data and how decisions are made)
Aerovalue retains personal data only for as long as needed to achieve the purposes described in this policy, and then deletes or anonymizes it unless a longer retention period is required by law or justified by a legitimate need such as dispute management. Booking and service records are typically retained for the period necessary to manage the service, handle post‑service questions, and address claims; accounting and invoice records are retained for the statutory periods required by Spanish tax and accounting rules; and security logs are retained for limited periods consistent with incident investigation and system protection. Where it is not possible or practical to state an exact retention period for every category, Aerovalue applies retention criteria such as legal limitation periods, operational necessity, and risk‑based security needs.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions and limits set by applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, to correct inaccurate data, to request deletion, to restrict processing, to object to certain processing (particularly where based on legitimate interests), and to request data portability in certain cases. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal. To exercise rights, email legal@aerovalue.eu and provide sufficient information for Aerovalue to identify you and locate the relevant data; Aerovalue may request additional verification where necessary to prevent unauthorized access to someone else’s data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), if you believe your rights have been violated.
9. Security
Aerovalue applies technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data and the operational environment, including secure connections (HTTPS), access controls, authentication protections, monitoring and logging, and vendor due diligence. No security program can eliminate all risk, but Aerovalue’s aim is to prevent incidents where possible and to respond quickly and transparently when they occur. If you suspect a security incident involving your data, notify legal@aerovalue.eu as soon as possible.
10. Children
The Website is not designed for children to use independently. If a service concerns a minor, the booking and communications should be handled by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult, and only the minimum necessary data should be provided.
11. Changes to this policy
Aerovalue may update this Privacy Policy when legal requirements change, when our technology stack evolves, or when our services develop. The updated policy will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last updated” date.

3) Cookies Policy (No Behavioral Tracking)
Last updated: December 18, 2025
This Cookies Policy explains how Aerovalue uses cookies and similar technologies on the Website. Aerovalue’s approach is intentionally conservative: we do not use cookies to track users across websites, we do not run behavioral advertising, and we do not deploy analytics cookies designed to build browsing profiles. That said, modern websites sometimes rely on limited technical storage mechanisms to function correctly and securely, and those mechanisms can include cookies or similar technologies such as local storage, session tokens, or security headers.
Where Aerovalue uses cookies, they are intended to be strictly functional. For example, a cookie may be used to keep a user session active after login, to preserve essential settings needed to complete a booking flow, or to protect the Website against common security risks (such as cross‑site request forgery). These cookies are limited in scope and duration and are not used by Aerovalue to analyze your browsing patterns or to track you for marketing purposes.
Some parts of the Website may interact with third‑party services, especially payment providers. If your payment method redirects you to a bank or payment service provider, or if payment functionality is embedded, that third party may use its own cookies under its own policies. Aerovalue does not control those cookies, but we aim to configure our integrations in a way that minimizes unnecessary tracking and keeps the experience consistent with Aerovalue’s privacy commitments.
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies that are strictly necessary for login or checkout, certain features may not work as intended. If Aerovalue changes its cookie practices in the future (for example, if analytics is introduced), we will update this policy and, where required, implement appropriate consent mechanisms.
For questions about cookie usage, contact legal@aerovalue.eu.

4) Accessibility Statement
Last updated: December 18, 2025
Aerovalue is committed to making its Website and digital communications as accessible as reasonably possible for all users, including people with disabilities and users who rely on assistive technologies. Accessibility is not only a technical goal; it is also a service quality principle, because a website that is difficult to use becomes a barrier at precisely the stage where a passenger may be seeking assistance and reliable coordination.
Aerovalue’s objective is to design and maintain the Website in a way that supports widely recognized accessibility practices, including clear structure, predictable navigation, readable content, keyboard operability, and compatibility with common assistive technologies. As the Website evolves, Aerovalue will prioritize accessibility in new pages and features, and will address identified barriers within a reasonable time based on severity, user impact, and operational constraints.
Because Aerovalue relies on third‑party components for certain features (for example, payment flows or embedded tools), some accessibility limitations may originate in systems that are not fully under Aerovalue’s control. Where that happens, Aerovalue will seek reasonable alternatives, such as offering an assisted booking route by email, providing information in an alternative format, or adjusting the integration configuration when feasible.
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the Website, or if you need support to complete an inquiry or booking, you can contact Aerovalue through the following channels and we will help you find a workable solution: info@aerovalue.eu for general assistance, booking@aerovalue.eu for booking support, and legal@aerovalue.eu for formal accessibility complaints or rights‑related requests. When reporting an accessibility issue, it is helpful to include the page URL, a short description of the problem, and your device/browser and assistive technology (if used), so we can reproduce and address the issue efficiently.
